Gourmet footwear return this season with the ‘Market Price’ collection, a pack consisting of three different models featuring leather uppers from The Horween Leather comapny.
This pack sees a collaboration between Gourmet and The Horween Leather Company, who together have created a small capsule of shoes utilizing their famous 100 year old, Chromexel leather. The Chromexel is the original pull-up leather that offers the user endless wears. This pack has been named the ‘Market Price’ collection as it is Gourmet’s highest price point in this seasons’ collection. The pack consists of The 21 MD, The 28 MD, and The Sedici. The 21 MD taking inspiration from the duck boot, is a high boot with a dark brown Chromexel leather upper, leather laces, and featuring the instantly recognisable Gourmet footwear mid-sole. The 28 MD, a moccasin inspired boot, features a black Chromexel leather upper, leather laces, stitch detailing, and a leather swing tag with The Horween Leather Company logo alongside the Gourmet logo. The Sedici model, the most simple of them all, features an all navy Chromexel leather upper with waxed laces, and a white mid-sole and heel pull tab. Two rubber tabs sit at opposite ends of the mid-sole, with an de-bossed Gourmet logo on the tongue. Finally, a shoe which isn’t part of the pack, but by no means left out is The 21 MD Black/Brown. This two-toned model comes with a tanned leather upper, and black rubber (duck boot style) toe. Still using the Gourmet mid-sole with the visible unit and leather laces, this shoe will have you ready for winter in no time!
