Team Jordan Brand are back again with the upcoming retro release for the month of August.
It’s that time again, Jordan fans will need to dig deep in their pockets for another long-awaited retro release. Kicking off the month of August with the Jordan V Retro Black/Varsity Red/Metallic Silver. This shoe last made an appearance back in 2007, making its’ appearance in 2011 with some ever so slight changes, it still features all that we love about this timeless shoe/colourway. The upper is covered in a smooth black nubuck, with the mesh grill sitting nicely on the inner/out side panels. The 3M reflective tongue stands out (great for the flashlight sneaker shots), along with the clear/red lace locks. Instead of a clear ice sole, this time we are treated to an ice sole with ‘a hint of blue’, not forgetting the silver/black flame detail on the mid-sole either. This shoe is a no-brainer for most, if you’re just stacking for the collection, or introducing yourself to Jordan for the first time, there couldn’t be a better shoe for you to start off the collection!
