Japanese based shoelace brand Zillion team up with Asics to add their flair to the Gel Lyte III.
Zillion are known for packaging their shoelaces in small wooden boxes, teaming up with Asics created the perfect opportunity in creating their own Gel Lyte III. One of the stand out features of the shoe is the toe-box and side panel material. This is the Chirimen fabric (fabric used for the production of the Kimono). This textured fabric adds a touch of luxury to the shoe. Also featuring an off-white leather upper, with an eggshell mid-sole, and a highly detailed cross pattern on the plastic heel cups. The Zillion brand logo sits subtly on the back heel of both shoes, and a wooden tag is attached to the lace hole of the left shoe. Of course the Zillon Gel Lyte III’s are supplied with an extra set of laces (in their trademark wooden casing).
The Asics x Zillion Gel Lyte III is available both in-store and for mail order now. Sizes range from UK7.5 – UK10 (including half sizes), at £100.00
